Attractions for everyone

At Moray leisure centre in Elgin there is an activity or therapy to suit all ages. Elgin also has a compact cinema and a bowling alley. The nearby coastal town of Macduff - on the well sign posted coastal trail has an Aquarium which offers a fascinating glimpse into the marine life of the North Sea. Nearby Duff House (NTS) has an adventure playground and a great coffee shop.

The Landmark activity park in Carrbridge has some fun rides and a high level walkway through the old Caledonian forest. Nearby in Aviemore the Strathspey steam railway carries passengers on an entrancing journey along the upper Spey. The osprey hide at Boat of Garten allows close observation of these magnificent birds on the nest which hosted the first pair which returned to Scotland around 50 years ago. The well established watersports centre at Loch Insh offers activities for all ages, and has a restaurant with spectacular loch and mountain views.
