Nearby are the towns of Elgin and Forres, RAF Lossiemouth, many golf courses, and the Speyside Malt Whisky trail. A half-day or day trip takes you to Loch Ness, Ullapool or Skye, to the Cairngorm National Park, or heading East, to the Grampian Castle Trail, Aberdeen and Royal Deeside
Getting there is easy! The Cottage is just 45 minutes from Inverness Airport, about 2 hours from Aberdeen and less than four hours’ drive from Edinburgh or Glasgow. Good motorways lead North from England. Trains stop at Elgin and Forres.

Our wee girl loved playing both down at the beach and in the garden.
It's been a fantastic week - forest, bay, harbour and the cottage exceeded all expectation.
